Ronald Girtman, Jr.

Ronald Girtman, Jr., age 69 of Jefferson, died on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at Ashe Memorial Hospital. Mr. Girtman was born on August 19, 1950 in Ashe County to the late Ronald Girtman, Sr. and Rose Ruth Hart Girtman.

Mr. Girtman was an active member of the Ashe Masonic Lodge and the Ashe Shrine Club. He enjoyed golfing and going to baseball games.

Mr. Girtman is survived by:  his wife, Vivian Jones of Jefferson and a daughter, Katie Girtman of Jefferson.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2020 at 2:00 pm at Jefferson United Methodist Church by Rev. David Lawrence with Masonic rites to follow.

The family will receive friends following the service at the church.
