Jose Francisco "Frank" Soto

Jose Francisco Soto, better known as Frank, age 83 of West Jefferson, passed away on Tuesday, July 12, 2022 at Margate Health and Rehab. Mr. Soto was born on May 4, 1939 in Puerto Rico. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Esther Margaret Key Soto, two grandchildren, Kimberly Osborne and Berto Soto, and a great-grandchild, Hailey Houck.

Mr. Soto enjoyed fishing, baseball, and professional wrestling. He was a hard worker who loved spending time with his family and helping others.

Mr. Soto is survived by:  one daughter, Betty Lewis of West Jefferson; two sons, Joe Soto of Nottingham, PA and Dan Soto of Sugar Grove; four sisters, Rosa, Minerva, Nydia, and Elba, all of Puerto Rico; two grandchildren, Crystal and Eric; five great-grandchildren, Jesse, Jada, Veronika, Kristi, and Nathon; also surviving are several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 16, 2022 at 4:00 pm at Ashelawn Memorial Chapel by Rev. Bruce Wood. Burial will follow in the Key Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Saturday, July 16, 2022 at Ashelawn Memorial Chapel.
