David Lee Walker

David Lee Walker age 63 of State Road, NC formerly of Ashe passed away Friday, December 9, 2022 at Woltz Hospice House in Dobson. He was born on November 4, 1959 to the late Laverne Robert and Billie June Lambert Walker. When his health allowed he enjoyed engineering, construction, cooking and any kind of auto racing.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 13, 2022 at 11:00 am at Ashelawn Memorial Chapel by Rev. Herb Parunak. Burial will follow in the Chestnut Hill Community Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 pm Monday at Badger Funeral Home.

Mr. Walker is survived by: one son, Nathan Walker (Andrea) of Raleigh, one sister, Veronica “Vickie” Walker of West Jefferson, two grandchildren, Sebastian and Samantha also survive.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to, American Lung Association.
