Shirley Rucker

Mrs. Shirley Temple Rucker, age 61, of Crumpler, died on Saturday at Ashe Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 12:00 pm at Ashelawn Memorial Chapel by Rev. Silas Hart. Burial will follow in Ashelawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm on Friday at Ashelawn Memorial Chapel. Mrs. Rucker is survived by: Her husband - Franklin Rucker Two stepsons - Frank Rucker, Jr. and Jamel Kyle, both of Wilkesboro Two sisters - Ella Mae Banks of Virginia, and Patricia Harriston of Ohio Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.
