Mrs. Pearl Marie Flemming Dalton, age 71, of Cana, Virginia, passed away Thursday, April 2, 2026, at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital.

Mrs. Dalton was born December 9, 1954, in Logan, West Virginia, to the late Rory and Nellie Browning Flemming.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Darrell Gene Dalton; a daughter, Laura Baker; a brother, Roy Blankenship; and a sister, Debbie Blankenship.

Mrs. Dalton is survived by her loving family, including her daughter, Valerie Marie Shinault of Floyd, Virginia; grandchildren, Jason Shinault (Adrianna) of West Jefferson, Haley Lineberry, Dakota Edwards, and Sarah Jennings; five great-grandchildren, Mackenzie Shinault, Aurora Shinault, Dalton Shinault, Aleesia Shinault, and Shelby Tucker; as well as several nieces and nephews.

No services will be held at this time.
