Mrs. Lisa Diane Stuart Blankenbeckler, age 61, of Lansing, North Carolina, passed away Monday, May 18, 2026, at her home.

Mrs. Blankenbeckler was born in Ashe County on June 14, 1964, to the late Edward Mitchell Stuart and Shelby Jean Blevins Stuart. Lisa truly loved the outdoors and had a deep affection for all animals. Above all, she cherished the time she spent surrounded by her family.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Wes Blankenbeckler; her sister, Debbie Stuart Miller, and brother-in-law, Michael, of Lansing; and two cherished grandsons. Several loving nieces and nephews also survive to cherish her memory.

In addition to her parents, Lisa was preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Amanda Hodges, and her son, Nicholas Shepherd.

Funeral services are currently incomplete and will be announced at a later date by Badger Funeral Home.
