Geneva Eldreth Eller, age 89 of Warrensville, died Friday morning at her home.  Mrs. Eller was born Saturday, November 24, 1928 to Lettie Eldreth.  Geneva was proceeded in death by her husband, Todd Smith Eller, her mother and step-father, Lettie Eldreth and Earnest Woodard, brother, Charles Woodard, sisters, Jean Winebarger, and Sally Testerman, as well as her grandson, Steven Parsons.  Mrs. Eller retired from Sara Lee Knit Products.  She attended Clifton Baptist Church where she enjoyed cooking and participating in the church dinners and going to services.  Geneva was a very hard worker and was also known to be a great cook.  She loved to quilt and sit on the porch in her spare time.

Funeral services will be held Sunday at 3:00 pm at Ashelawn Memorial Chapel by Rev. Jim Greer. Burial will follow in Ashelawn Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm Sunday prior to the funeral service at Ashelawn.

Mrs. Eller is survived by two daughters, Cathy and husband Robert Miller of Warrensville, Della Mae and husband Roger Parsons of Creston, two sisters, Joann Eller of Todd, Billie Farmer of Warrensville, brother, Ernie Woodard of Todd,  four grandchildren, Michael Osborne, Shelia Price, Randy Miller, Kristy Townsend,  five great-grandchildren, Dusty Parsons, Todd Parsons, Stephanie Goodman, Holly Grant, Chloe Townsend, four great great-grandchildren, Kyleigh Parsons, Abigail Parsons, Cassie Goodman, Justin Matkins and several nieces and nephews.

Flowers will be appreciated or memorials may be made to Caldwell Hospice, 902 Kirkwood Street, NW, Lenoir, NC 28645.

The family will be meeting at the homeplace at 1347 Ed Little Road in Warrensville.
