Mrs. Glenna Bishop Vannoy, age 75, of Jefferson died on Sunday, March 2, 2014 at Ashe Memorial Hospital in Jefferson. Mrs. Vannoy was born on November 8, 1938 in Mercer County, WV to Irvin and Bertha Blankenship Bishop. Mrs. Vannoy was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Danny Vannoy, and a son, Greg Vannoy. Mrs. Vannoy was a homemaker who loved her children dearly.
Funeral services will be private.
Mrs. Vannoy is survived by: Daughter, Tammy Vannoy of West Jefferson; Son, Steve Vannoy of Jefferson; Son, Scott Vannoy of West Jefferson; Stepson, Jerry Reedy of Warrensville; Sister, Sue of Michigan; one granddaughter also survives.
